Food and packaging
Capture each process and contact point so the buyer, equipment maker and plant quality team can agree on measurable air requirements.
New projects stay in memory until you choose Save or Export. Local saving is not a cloud account. Contacts are excluded from saved project files.
Confirm with the equipment maker
- Which food or packaging process uses air, and which equipment models are involved?
- Does air directly contact product, indirectly contact packaging or remain outside product-contact areas?
- What particle, water, oil and other contaminant limits are specified by the plant and equipment maker?
- Which document, test method, sampling point and acceptance criteria define the quality target?
- What are machine count, concurrent use, average flow, peak flow and reference conditions?
- What minimum use-point pressure, pressure dew point and allowed pressure loss are required?
- What production schedule, cleaning conditions and backup requirements must the system support?
Common sizing mistakes
- The food or packaging label does not assign an air-quality class or prove compliance.
- An oil-free compressor alone does not establish the quality of the complete distribution system.
