Start with an equipment list or documented measurements. Unknown inputs become a confirmation checklist that can travel with the RFQ.

New projects stay in memory until you choose Save or Export. Local saving is not a cloud account. Contacts are excluded from saved project files.

Confirm with the equipment maker

Which tools and machines are installed, and what are their models and quantities?
Which flow data are measured, maker-specified or estimated, and where are the sources?
Which devices run together and what shift or cycle pattern creates the peak?
What are average, sustained maximum and peak demand, flow basis and peak duration?
Do measured totals already include leaks, dryer purge, auxiliary use or planned growth?
What use-point pressure and particle, water, oil and pressure-dew-point targets are required or unknown?
What existing pipes, electrical supply, ambient conditions, backup needs and expansion plans apply?

Do not turn unknown inputs into zero or silently assign a standard air-consumption table.
Do not add leaks or dryer purge again when they are included in the measured total.
