General factories and air tools
Start with an equipment list or documented measurements. Unknown inputs become a confirmation checklist that can travel with the RFQ.
New projects stay in memory until you choose Save or Export. Local saving is not a cloud account. Contacts are excluded from saved project files.
Confirm with the equipment maker
- Which tools and machines are installed, and what are their models and quantities?
- Which flow data are measured, maker-specified or estimated, and where are the sources?
- Which devices run together and what shift or cycle pattern creates the peak?
- What are average, sustained maximum and peak demand, flow basis and peak duration?
- Do measured totals already include leaks, dryer purge, auxiliary use or planned growth?
- What use-point pressure and particle, water, oil and pressure-dew-point targets are required or unknown?
- What existing pipes, electrical supply, ambient conditions, backup needs and expansion plans apply?
Common sizing mistakes
- Do not turn unknown inputs into zero or silently assign a standard air-consumption table.
- Do not add leaks or dryer purge again when they are included in the measured total.
