What are nitrogen average/peak flow, reference temperature, absolute pressure and moisture basis?
How is purity defined, and is the specification total purity or residual oxygen?
What outlet pressure, peak duration, operating hours and backup supply are needed?
Which maker document gives output, purity, feed pressure, temperature and air quality at one operating point?

Further points to confirm

What is the sourced air-to-gas ratio, its flow basis, and which purge or other losses does it already include?
What site conditions, existing treatment/storage, utilities and actual gas-purchase costs are available?
Nitrogen product flow is not the feed-air requirement.
Do not combine low-purity capacity with a high-purity air ratio or count included purge twice.
