Before you buy
- Which processes use air: air-jet weaving, spinning, cleaning or others?
- What are the machine models, installed quantities and active quantities by shift?
- What air consumption does each maker specify for the actual speed, fabric and operating condition?
- Which machines operate together, and how do starts or process changes affect peak demand?
- What minimum pressure is needed at each production area, and where has it been measured?
Further points to confirm
- What moisture, particle, oil and pressure-dew-point requirements apply to each process?
- What shifts, seasonal conditions, planned expansion and supply interruptions must be considered?
- Different textile processes and machine settings do not share one air-consumption value.
- Do not apply both duty and simultaneity factors to describe the same reduction in active machines.
