Define a blower or vacuum duty independently, retaining absolute-pressure or pressure-difference definitions and the actual gas-flow basis.

Blower and vacuum duties are separate requirements, not ordinary compressor operating points. No documented blower/vacuum model registry is connected; suppliers must confirm one model at the stated inlet and outlet conditions.
