Low pressure at the point of use
Record where and when pressure is low, using existing measurement records and qualified site observations. The checklist separates supply, demand and path losses.

- Which use point is affected, at what times, and what minimum pressure does its maker require?
- What simultaneous supply and use-point pressures, pressure types and instrument details are recorded?
- Which machines operate when the symptom appears, and how long does the peak last?
- Which pipe runs, hoses, filters, dryers and regulators lie on the affected path?
- What pressure-loss, maintenance and control-event records can qualified personnel provide?
- Which flow, actual pipe diameter, storage or equipment-limit data still need confirmation?
- A low use-point pressure alone does not establish a compressor capacity shortage.
