Darcy–Weisbach with mass flow and pipe density. Current conservative release: pressure loss ≤2% of inlet absolute pressure and outlet Mach ≤0.1; inlet 0.5…16 bar absolute, pipe temperature 0…80 °C, reference temperature −20…120 °C and reference pressure ≤16 bar absolute. Only near-isothermal dry air is supported. Reynolds numbers above 2,000 and below 4,000 are excluded. Property and relative-roughness limits are checked by the engine. Compare actual internal diameters using separate saved result snapshots.

- Flow with reference pressure/temperature and actual inlet pressure/temperature
- Straight length, actual internal diameter, roughness and either fitting K or equivalent length
- Sourced viscosity, gas constant and heat-capacity ratio; dry-air/isothermal confirmation
